The wonderful vamptastic-fanpires over at Twilighters.org put up a new interview with Matt Bushell who plays Phil in the new Twilight movie. Although Phil does not have any lines in our favorite novel, Catherine let him have some artistic freedom with the character.
I thought the trailer was just fantastic and I thought it was just so cool. So well done. It just looks really right – really, really right. And I can imagine – I hope most people that are such fans of the books see the trailer say ‘WOW! This looks so far like a great adaptation.

Just so everyone knows [I don't know how many people can remember...] Phil is Renee’s fiance/second husband. He is the reason Bella is moving to Forks… His baseball career doesn’t allow him to be home much because he is always on the road. K, that’s it.
